The University of Cal Poly Pomona is home to Bronco Peak, the tallest climbing wall in the CSU system. Here people learn how to use equipment, practice techniques, and meet other fellow climbers.

The club being more than a few years old, was overdue for a logo. Thus, a public competition was held for the best submitted logo design.

Concept

In order to finish a climbing route in a "lead climb", you must reach the top to place your safety rope between two quickdraws. You can then be safely lowered back to the ground.

It will look something like this.

Other people will see two quickdraws in symmetry.

Rock climbers see a sign of a completed achievement.
