The Westlake Theatre is an old building in my neighborhood that has been abandoned since 1991. With a new brand identity, and a campaign revolving around a Latino Film Festival as a re-opening event, this is how the spirit of the theatre would be rejuvinated.

This theatre, is placed across McArthur Park.
By far the most iconic part of this theatre is the sign on the roof. The sign can be seen from many blocks away. Characterized by a decorative frame, each individual letter sits in front of a block, similar to a typewriter character block.
Both the sign and the interior have a very vintage appeal.
